Court Send ("Court Send," "we," "us," or "our") is a free tool for organizing recreational pickleball sessions, operated by Tokyo Pickleball LLC in Michigan, United States. By using courtsend.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Court Send lets organizers generate and share court pairings, scan round-robin sheets, save pairing templates, and send optional push notifications to players. The Service is provided free of charge for recreational use.

2. Accounts

To save templates or send notifications, you create an account with a display name and a PIN. You are responsible for keeping your PIN confidential and for activity under your account. The PIN is not a substitute for strong security; do not reuse a PIN you rely on elsewhere, and do not store sensitive personal information in Court Send.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully; upload content you do not have the right to use; attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems; or use the Service to harass others or to send unwanted notifications. You are responsible for the names and session information you enter.

4. Player Information You Enter

If you enter or scan other people's names as an organizer, you confirm you have a legitimate reason to do so within your club or group, and that you will respect those individuals' wishes if they ask to be removed.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties including Cloudflare (hosting and storage), Anthropic (image text recognition), and Pushover (push notifications). Your use of push notifications also requires a Pushover account governed by Pushover's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, accurate, or secure. Court assignments, timers, and notifications may be delayed or incorrect; do not rely on them where errors would cause harm.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokyo Pickleball LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Because the Service is free, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50).

8. Availability and Changes

The Service is offered on a best-effort basis and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time without notice. We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the revised Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms or misuses the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 18, 2026

This policy explains what Court Send collects and how it is handled. Court Send is operated by Tokyo Pickleball LLC.

1. Information We Collect

We do not use advertising trackers and do not run third-party analytics that profile you.

2. How We Use Information

We use information solely to operate the Service — to create and share pairings, recognize names from uploaded sheets, save your templates, and deliver notifications you request. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.

3. How Information Is Shared

We share only what's necessary with service providers who run the Service on our behalf:

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the Service and its users.

4. Player Names Entered by Organizers

Organizers may enter or scan the names of players who are not themselves Court Send users. We process these names on the organizer's behalf to run sessions. If you are a player and want your name removed, contact the organizer who entered it, or reach us at jay@tokyo-pb.com and we will assist.

5. Data Retention

Shared pairings and session data are stored to keep links and templates working and may expire automatically over time. Account data persists until you ask us to delete it. To request deletion of your account or data, email jay@tokyo-pb.com.

6. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect data, including transmission over HTTPS. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Because accounts use only a name and PIN, please do not store sensitive personal information in Court Send.

7. Children

The Service is intended for organizers managing recreational play and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Player names entered by an organizer are treated as session data, not as accounts.

8. Your Choices

You can update your display name and Pushover key, or remove your Pushover key to stop notifications, in your account settings. You can request account or data deletion at any time by email.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date will reflect changes.
